1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the customized nature of our made-to-order products:
- Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
- Returnable Items: Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- You must notify us of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Reporting a Problem

- Order number
- Photos of the issue (e.g., defect, damage, or incorrect item)
- A brief description of the problem
We will respond promptly to assess your claim and provide instructions for next steps.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the funds to appear, depending on your financial institution.
- Exchanges: For eligible items, we will replace the product or issue a store credit if a replacement is unavailable.
4. Return Shipping
- For eligible returns, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back.
- If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Order Changes or Cancellations
- As our products are made-to-order, changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, production begins, and changes cannot be accommodated.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please refer to our Shipping Policy for assistance.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items damaged due to improper care or use.
- Gift cards or store credits.
