All orders are shipped from our Warehouse in Zurich, Switzerland.
We ship all orders in the European Union via Swiss Post. International shipments are done via GLS, USPS or DHL.
For all our orders, we use tracked shipping. In this way, you can always check the status of your package. Once it has left our warehouse, you receive your tracking number along with the delivery confirmation via email. This will allow you to check the status of your delivery online.
We only used high quality components for our jacket. From Sew to the Leather & Zipper. You wear it, you feel it. The leather comes from Italy & then handed over to a family business in Turkey which crafts our leather jackets.
If you need to reset your password, simply follow the on-screen instructions via the “forgot password link”.
You will then receive a reset link via email. Please note that it might take a few minutes and may appear in your spam/junk folder. Once received, follow the instructions and create a new password. You will then be able to log in to your GÖTTIG account with the new password.
