All products are made-to-order to minimize waste and ensure quality. This means your items will be custom-crafted just for you.
Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing before shipping.
During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may extend slightly.

2. Shipping Costs

Within the USA:

Orders over $75 USD qualify for free standard shipping.
For orders under $75, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (USA): 3-10 business days.
Expedited Shipping (USA): 2-5 business days.
International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance or carrier delays.

4. Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside of the USA, customs and import duties may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on potential charges.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees will apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

While we strive to ensure every order arrives safely, issues can occasionally arise. If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. Include your order number and any relevant details to expedite the resolution process.
For lost packages, if you believe your order is lost, please contact us within 7–14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you promptly. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. If the package cannot be found, we will discuss replacement or refund options based on the circumstances.
